Veronica Cheann
Veronica is a multidisciplinary artist working between installation, sculpture and art jewelry. Her works focuses on the emotional experience with materials, the perceptions discrepancy between the visual and the tactile, and the emotional realm that materials evoke. In the process of creating she explores both traditional handcraft and technological tools. She also incorporates material research with personal identity and cultural experiences.

Veronica Cheann received her bachelor degree in material based art in the Norwegian Academy for the Art in 2019. Her works are often inspired by spirituality, history, common word expressions, and cultural identity. Cheann had three solo exhibitions since her graduation and she had taken part in group exhibitions at Munich, Netherland and Beijing. She was born in Hong Kong, and now based in Norway.

Besides her art practice, Veronica is also a landscape designer and architect. With her bachelor degree from Austin E. Knowlton School of Architecture from 2000, and Master in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University Graduate  School of Design from 2007.   She has been working in these two fields for over 16 years, first in the United State and then in Norway before embarking on as a full time artist in 2025.
